Rob has practised law in Melbourne for over 30 years, including more than 20 years in partner and principal roles heading workplace relations teams. He is an Accredited Specialist in Workplace Relations and Commercial Litigation, and is listed as Recommended in the 2026 Doyle's Guide for Leading Employment Lawyers (Employer Representation) in Victoria.

Practice Manager

Jamie looks after the day-to-day running of the firm, from systems and workflow to supporting the people who work here. Her background is in employment and workplace relations, an area of focus that started in London and followed her back to Melbourne. She worked alongside Rob for close to a decade before joining Rob Jackson Legal as Practice Manager.
